Sales Development Representative (SDR) Description:

You will be working directly with one of the Business Partners in building and maintaining strategic relationships with new and existing clients and grow company’s revenue for BIM (Building Information Modeling) services, CAD Drafting Outsourcing services and Structural Engineering services.

General Responsibilities:

  • Build list and keep track of relative contacts in the design and construction industry.
  • Identify and maintain the list of current and upcoming construction projects.
  • Establish relationships with key project stakeholders.
  • Promote company’s expertise to maintain new and existing clients.
  • Participate in quotation and negotiation phases of new projects.
  • Monitor the project delivery phase to identify new business opportunities (contract extension, new mandates, consulting services, etc).
  • Track sales pipeline and revenue forecasts.
  • Expand market intelligence of the construction market to drive the business forward.
  • Manage tender portals and prepare bids.

Qualifications Desired:

  • Must have knowledge of sales process with the ability to understand and interpret customer needs using fact-finding to identify sales opportunities.
  • A high level of passion to succeed and a strong level of self-motivation.
  • Good communication skills.
